Scanship awarded another worlds largest cruiseship wastewater purification system

Scanship Holding ASA has through its subsidiary Scanship AS entered into a contract with STX France for delivery of its environmental technology to the world’s largest cruise ship, the 5th RCCL Oasis-class vessel. This mega ship will be delivered to the market in 2021 having the capacity to carry more than 9000 people onboard.

Scanship will deliver its advanced wastewater purification system and sludge treatment to ensure full compliance with the most strict discharge regulations to date. The contract is the third in line for the world largest cruise ship series and the 19th newbuild contract awarded Scanship by the French yard.
